matcha YOGURT PARFAIT recipe

Another healthy, quick and easy breakfast recipe! Pat’s Matcha Yogurt Parfait is super easy and a tasty, quick breakfast idea to make in the morning when you want something a little bit fancy!
Layer and top your greek yogurt parfait with all your favourite fruits, granola, nuts & seeds for a completely personalised breakfast, totally suited to your own tastes!

Ingredients to make Matcha Yogurt Parfait:

For the Matcha Yogurt Layer:
- 2 tbsp Yogurt *Pat likes Natural or Greek Yogurt, but you can use Vanilla, or whatever you prefer!
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Periwinkle Pat Matcha Powder
+ layer with extra yogurt & your favourite toppings!! *Pat loves extra yogurt, granola, berries, banana and hemp seeds!

Method:

1. Combine all the Matcha Yogurt ingredients in a bowl or cup & stir well
2. Layer in the Matcha Yogurt & toppings and ENJOY!! 💛
