matcha healthy porridge recipe
A Healthy, quick and easy breakfast recipe! Pat’s Matcha Protein Oatmeal recipe takes less than 5 mins to make! Especially when you have to rush off to work, school or just want a simple breakfast!
Ingredients to make Protein Porridge:
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tsp Periwinkle Pat Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract or Paste
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Oat Milk (or your fave milk!)
- Your favourite toppings!! Pat loves Banana, Berries & Maple Syrup!
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a pot
2. Heat over medium heat, constantly stirring for around 4-5 minutes or unit oats are softened, and mixture has thickened
3. Pour your porridge into a bowl, pop on your favourite toppings and ENJOY!! 💛
