matcha chia seed pudding recipe

A healthy, quick and easy breakfast recipe! Pat’s Chia Seed Pudding / Matcha Overnight Oats is super easy and a tasty, quick breakfast idea to make the night before, and less than 5 mins to put together in the morning!

Ingredients to make Matcha Chia Seed Pudding:

- 2 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Periwinkle Pat Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract or Paste
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Oat Milk (or your fave milk!)
- Your favourite toppings!! Pat loves Greek Yogurt, Berries & Walnuts!

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or cup & stir well
2. Cover, and store in the fridge overnight to let it set!
3. The next morning, pop on your favourite toppings and ENJOY!! 💛
